The studio is open for self-guided yoga practice and meditation. Saturdays 10:00-11:00 am, Mondays 5:00-5:30 pm and Thursdays 5:00-5:30 pm.

The studio will be open to come in, roll out your mat, practice, meditate, relax, ask questions about poses or alignment.
